4. How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Estimated shipping times:

5. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer Free Shipping Across Canada on orders over $100 before tax.
6. What is your return policy?
For most unopened products, we offer returns within 30 days of purchase.
For safety + health regulations, we cannot accept returns on:

Any product not in its original packaging
If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us and we’ll fix it immediately.
7. My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
Please contact us within 48 hours with:

We’ll send a replacement or refund right away.
8. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
You can also log in to your account to view updates anytime.
9. Do you offer local pickup?
At the moment, we offer shipping only, but local pickup may be added soon.

12. Do you store my payment information?

13. What if an item is out of stock?
If a product is unavailable, you can:

14. Are your products safe to take?
All supplements sold on our site comply with Canadian NPN (Natural Product Number) regulations.
Always consult your healthcare provider if you have specific medical conditions or are taking medications.
15. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order has not shipped yet, we can cancel or update it.
Contact us as soon as possible — once an order is processed, we cannot make changes.
